Bacchi Espresso means unique taste, patented technology, exclusive materials. It gives you all the pleasure and the flavour of a perfect Espresso at home.
Provided in an elegant aluminium package and with an instruction manual, Bacchi is the only Italian Espresso Machine that works through an external heat source. Produced and made by Italian artisans, Bacchi is the only one that fully satisfy the essential conditions for pressure (9 bar) and temperature (90°) to obtain a real Espresso coffee, like the one you can drink in a café, prepared with professional Espresso machines.
Unlike the conventional home Espresso machines, Bacchi does not have electro mechanical parts, pumps or electrical resistances.
Bacchi can make a perfect espresso by using only water, fine ground coffee for espresso and a heat source, like a gas stove or a wood stove. Therefore, Bacchi works also without power and, unlike the other automatic espresso machines with capsules or pods, it shows a unique capacity to produce an unequalled coffee without losing the respect for the environment.
Furthermore, the machine is 90% recyclable because it is mainly made of noble aluminium.
-A frame (G) with a boiler compartment, a knob necessary to open and close the machine and a support for the cups.
-A "pressure multiplier" group (E) with a compartment for the valves that regulate the functioning of the machine and a compartment for the water, necessary for the pouring over of coffee.
-A chamber for the coffee infusion (D) with a knob for the coffee pouring over and a compartment for the filter of the ground coffee.
-Filter (C) for the ground coffee.
-Reducer of quantity of the ground coffee (B) to be used when you want to prepare only one cup of espresso coffee.
-Closing top (F) necessary to obtain only one cup of espresso coffee.
-Top element provided with a filter and tubes for the pouring over of espresso coffee.
TIPS FOR USE
Bacchi espresso is the only espresso machine that allows to produce an espresso through an external heat source and an hydraulic pressure multiplier in order to obtain 9 bar of pressure during the coffee production: this is an absolute innovation for a great coffee without limits regarding the place.
Here you are some useful tips for the use and the maintenance of the Bacchi Espresso machine:
-put the water in the two compartments in the way and the quantity suggested by the manual
-use a strong flame whose diameter has to be littler than the bottom of the machine
-try one or two times only with water to clean the circuits (the machine whistles in about 6 or 7 minutes)
-we suggest to initially use illy coffee with a grinding for espresso (that usually gives good and stable results)
-don't press the coffee in the filter. Fill it up to the top without pressing it. The machine will do that when you close it
-turn off the stove after having closed the valve for the pouring over of coffee at the end of the operation
-you can put the machine under the cold water even just after its use, when it is still hot (but pay attention! Keep it tilted to avoid the hot vapours!)
-don't wash it with kitchen tools and abrasives: use only water.
